En el caso del artículo 66 de la Ley 85 de 1915 , si la diferencia de gravamen se hallare en más de un bulto, se abrirá todo el cargamento de mercancías y se aplicará la pena que establece aquel artículo a todos los bultos en que aparezca la inexactitud.
