Destínase la cantidad de cien mil pesos ($ 100,000) como auxilio para la reconstrucción de la casa de Gobierno Municipal, de los edificios para escuelas de varones y de mujeres, de la plaza de mercado y de la iglesia parroquial de la ciudad de Barbacoas, destruídos por el incendio ocurrido en aquella ciudad el día 27 de abril del presente año.
