Solicitud de trato arancelario preferencial posterior al levante de la mercancía . Cuando un acuerdo comercial en vigor para Colombia haya previsto la posibilidad de solicitar tratamiento arancelario preferencial posterior al levante, el importador seguirá el procedimiento establecido en el respectivo acuerdo comercial. La solicitud de devolución de los tributos aduaneros pagados se deberá efectuar conforme con lo dispuesto en este decreto.
