El ejercicio de la Profesión de Arquitectura y sus Profesiones Auxiliares debe ser guiada por criterios, conceptos y elevados fines que propendan a enaltecer sus profesiones, por lo tanto, están obligados a ajustar sus actuaciones profesionales a las disposiciones de las siguientes normas que constituyen su Código de Etica Profesional.

Ley 435 de 1998 · LEY 435 DE 1998, 10/02/1998, por la cual se reglamenta el ejercicio de la profesión de Arquitectura y sus profesiones auxiliares, se crea el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Arquitectura y sus profesiones auxiliares, se dicta el Código de Etica Profesional, se establece el Régimen Disciplinario para estas profesiones, se reestructura el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura en Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y sus profesiones auxiliares y otras disposiciones.
