Articulo 72. Solemnización de reformas : Corresponde al Gerente de la corporación solemnizar los acuerdos sobre las refo; ni los estatutos que apruebe la Asamblea General. Dicha solemnización se hará previo el respectivo permiso de la Superintendencia de Sociedades y la aprobación por el Gobierno Nacional.
