La prima de vacaciones se pagará completa a quienes hayan estado vinculados durante un (1) año. Cuando un docente cese en sus funciones y haya cumplido once (11) meses continuos de servicios en la universidad respectiva, tendrá derecho a que se le reconozca y compense en dinero las correspondientes vacaciones y la prima de vacaciones, como si hubiese trabajado el año completo.
