Integridad del sistema de archivo. El Registro de Garantías Mobiliarias no modificará la información consignada en el sistema de archivo. Tampoco restringirá del acceso al público información del mismo salvo los casos expresamente previstos en este decreto. El Registro de Garantías Mobiliarias deberá proteger el sistema de archivo contra pérdida o daños y deberá proveer mecanismos de copia de seguridad que permitan su recuperación.
