Adicionase el Presupuesto de Rentas y Recursos de Capital de la vigencia fiscal de 1979 en la cantidad de cuatrocientos veinte millones novecientos ochenta mil sesenta y cinco pesos con 45/100 ($420.980.065.45) moneda corriente que con base en los Certificados de Disponibilidad números 2, 7, 10, 11, 12 y 15 de 1979, expedidos por el Contralor General de la República, se incorporará así:
