La Comisión se reunirá en sesiones ordinarias cada tres meses y podrá ser convocada a reuniones extraordinarias cuando se presenten hechos que lo justifiquen, a juicio de su Presidente o de tres o más de sus miembros. La Comisión sesionará en la ciudad de Santa Fe de Bogotá, D. C., pero podrá celebrar reuniones ordinarias o extraordinarias en cualquier lugar del país.
