Facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para reajustar, por una sola vez, los sueldos de los Superintendentes de Sociedades Anónimas y Bancaria, y de sus Delegados, sin que lleguen a ser iguales ni superiores en cuantía, a lo que por ley se asigne como sueldo, gastos de representación y viáticos, a los señores Ministros del Despacho.
