º. Las bolsas de valores o de productos y los martillos de valores establecidos o que se establecieren en el país, quedan sometidos a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, de acuerdo con los reglamentos que dicte el Gobierno. Para el efecto, dichas entidades contribuirán a los gastos de la inspección con una tasa proporcional a su activo, la que fijará el Superintendente Bancario con la aprobación del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
