- Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y modifica en lo pertinente los artículos 3, 4, 6, 7,8,14,15,16,17, 28, 30, 31, 33 del decreto 1736 de 2020; adiciona el artículo 17A al Decreto 1736 de 2020 y deroga el numeral 5 del artículo 20 del Decreto 1736 de 2020, así como las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
