Art. 9º. Los médicos y cirujanos, los porteros, los farmaceutas y todas las personas que por su profesión u oficio en relación con la práctica de la medicina, de la cirugía, de la obstetricia o de la farmacia, adquieran conocimiento de hechos de cuya revelación resultare daño para la honra o para los intereses de las personas, tienen el deber de guardar el más absoluto secreto, so pena de incurrir en las sanciones del presente Decreto.
