º El porte de los radiotelegramas privados de servicio ordinario que se dirijan de un lugar a otro de la República, inclusive la isla de San Andrés, se liquidará y cobrará a razón de ocho centavos por cada palabra. Los radiotelegramas urgentes pagarán a razón de diez centavos por cada palabra. Quedan suprimidos los radiotelegramas extraordinarios. Los radiotelegramas ordinarios de prensa pagarán tres centavos por palabra y los urgentes cinco centavos. El servicio radiotelegráfico se prestará en conexión con el servicio telegráfico por alambre, sin recargó en el porte. También sin aumento del porte se admitirán radiotelegramas en idioma extranjero, clave comercial aceptable, o lenguaje convenido.
