La Junta Directiva conformará la terna de la lista que envíe la entidad encargada de adelantar el proceso de selección, la cual deberá estar integrada mínimo con cinco aspirantes y presentada en orden alfabético. Si culminado el concurso de méritos no es posible conformar el listado con el mínimo requerido, deberán adelantarse tantos concursos como sea necesario.
