Artículo segundo. Los viáticos se legalizarán mediante la presentación de la cuenta de cobro que llevará como requisitos el visto bueno del Secretario General del Ministerio, del Director del Departamento respectivo y copia de la Resolución de comisión y señalamiento de viáticos.
