Serán de la exclusiva competencia de la autoridad eclesiástica las causas matrimoniales que afecten el vínculo del matrimonio y la cohabitación de los cónyuges, asi como las que se refieren á la validez de los esponsales. Los efectos civiles del matrimonio se regirán por el Poder civil.
