En el Registro Nacional de Valores e Intermediarios deberá inscribirse todo aumento o disminución de capital del emisor o del intermediario y cualquier cambio de la situación jurídica de los mismos. Para tal efecto las Cámaras de Comercio y la Superintendencia Bancaria avisarán de oficio a la Comisión Nacional de Valores sobre las variaciones que ellas registren en estos aspectos.
