El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará, dirigirá e inspeccionar la enseñanza del deporte, la educación física, la recreación y la formación de los profesionales dedicados a tales disciplinas, ejercerá la vigilancia sobre la idoneidad de estos últimos y otorgará reconocimiento a certificados y títulos de aptitud profesional.
