Habilitación de las EAPB . Para aquellas entidades que a la entrada en vigencia de este decreto no cuenten con la reglamentación específica en materia de habilitación, se dará aplicación al procedimiento de autorización de funcionamiento establecido en las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia, el cual se asimila al procedimiento de habilitación para dichas entidades.
