Creánse los puestos de Inspector Fluvial y Secretario, en el Bajo Cauca antioqueño con una asignación mensual de ciento veinte pesos ($120.00) y ochenta pesos ($80.00), respectivamente.

Parágrafo

Las sumas que demande el cumplimiento de este artículo se tomarán del capítulo 84 (Navegación Fluvial) del presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vigencia, del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
