Los Oficiales y Suboficiales sin escalafón, que fueren nombrados para asumir cátedra en los Institutos de la Policía Nacional, se considerarán para efectos de remuneración como escalafonados en quinta categoría. Los profesores de la Academia Superior de Policía, se considerarán como escalafonados en tercera categoría.
