Usuarios del Sistema de Información de Huella Balística Criminal (SIHBCR). Serán usuarios del Sistema de Información de Huella Balística Criminal(SIHBCR) las instituciones con funciones permanentes de policía judicial de conformidad con el artículo 201 de la Ley 906 de 2004, teniendo en cuenta las restricciones de información y de acceso que sean establecidas por la Fiscalía General de la Nación, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.
