Cuando al practicar el sorteo de jurados resultaren uno o más comprendidos en los casos de los artículos 492 a 496, las partes así lo harán constar; el juez, si encontrare dignas de fe las objeciones, o si por cualquier causa tuviere conocimiento de ellas, aun cuando no fueren alegadas, los declarará impedidos y procederá a reemplazarlos, extrayendo las fichas que fueren necesarias.
