Adiciónase el artículo 137 de la Ley 30 del 28 de diciembre de 1992, con el siguiente inciso: "La Escuela Nacional del Deporte continuará formando parte del Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, y funcionando como Institución Universitaria o Escuela Tecnológica de acuerdo con su naturaleza jurídica y con el régimen académico descrito en esta Ley".
