Decreto 893 de 1969 · Por el cual se reglamentan los artículos 4° y 8° de la Ley 47 de 1968

Artículo segundo. El recaudo se hará por los tesoreros del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, de cada uno de los departamentos, intendencias y comisarias, y se llevara a fondo Especial a ordenes de las Juntas Administrativas de deportes que se crean por el artículo 3º de este Decreto.

Parágrafo

En los departamentos del Valle del Cauca y del Tolima, el recaudo se entrega a los comités organizadores de los VI juegos panamericanos y de los IX juegos nacionales respectivamente hasta que estos comités sean sustituidos por las citadas Juntas Administradoras de conformidad con el
