º El impuesto de timbre que causan los certificados de paz y salvo con el Tesoro Público, de que trata el numeral 33 del artículo 1º de la Ley 69 de 1946, será recaudado directamente en dinero efectivo por el funcionario que entregue la certificación cuando en el lugar donde ésta se expida exista la máquina automática correspondiente y el material requerido para ello, es decir, los formularios con la estampilla impresa.
