Artículo tercero. A partir del año de 1965 la Prima de Navidad o bonificación para los funcionarios, del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, será la equivalente a un mes de sueldo computado con base en las asignaciones que les corresponda el 30 de noviembre, y se pagará en la forma indicada por el artículo 2º de la Ley 54 de 1960.
