Reportes . El administrador del Fondo para el Desarrollo Cinematográfico establecido en la Ley 814 de 2003 y en el decreto 352 de 2004, generará los reportes pertinentes a la autoridad de fiscalización y cobro en caso de que se aplicare la reducción de la cuota parafiscal por algún exhibidor en contravención de lo señalado en el artículo anterior.
