Cumplidas todas las condiciones que exigen las leyes vigentes para adquirir el derecho a una pensión civil, podrá obtenerse su reconocimiento, aunque el interesado este desempeñando un empleo o cargo público, pero no podrá gozar de ella sino una vez separado de dicho empleo.
