Exoneración de responsabilidad . Cuando en la evaluación se concluya que a uno o varios de los funcionarios investigados, no le es imputable responsabilidad administrativa por los hechos investigados, en la misma se exonerará de responsabilidad. Dicha decisión se notificará por estado, sin perjuicio de que pueda ser modificada, previo concepto de la Comisión de Personal en los casos de su competencia.
