Las plantas para enfriamiento llevarán un registro diario que permanecerá por períodos de seis (6) meses a disposición de las autoridades sanitarias en donde conste, además de otros requisitos exigidos por éstas, la cantidad de leche recibida, el nombre del proveedor, el nombre del hato de procedencia con indicación de su categoría y municipio de ubicación, así como el número de placa y de la licencia del vehículo transportador.
