Las decisiones que, segun el artículo 340, son de la competencia de los Administradores del ramo, podrán ser reformadas o renovadas, verdad sabida i buena fe guardada, por un Jurado compuesto del Secretario de Hacienda que lo presidirá, del Contador de la Oficina jeneral de Cuentas a cuyo cargo se halle al exámen de las de Aduanas, i de un comerciante que nombrará cada año la Cámara de Representantes. De igual modo se designarán tres comerciantes para que sustituyan por su órden al principal de que se acaba de hablar, cuando ocurra falta absoluta o temporal del principal. El Secretario del Jurado de Adumas será el Jefe de la seccion encargada de este ramo en la Secretaría de Hicienda i Fomento.
