El empleo de mujeres embarazadas en trabajos prohibidos por el artículo 7º. de la Ley 53 de 1938, y por el artículo 13 de este Decreto, será castigado con multas de veinte pesos ($20) a cien pesos ($100), impuestas por los respectivos Inspectores del Trabajo, multas que se aplicarán en favor del Tesoro Nacional.
