Para tomar posesión del cargo, el designado deberá acreditar ante la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, el diligenciamiento de su hoja de vida en el SIGEP 11, la declaración de bienes y rentas (artículo 2.2.5.1.9, del Decreto 648 de 2017), yen la Función Pública la Declaración de Conflicto de Intereses (Ley 2013 de 2019).
