Responsabilidad del Desarrollador. El Desarrollador, que sea titular del Permiso de Exploración o Explotación, realizará todas las actividades por su cuenta y riesgo, por lo que serán de su exclusiva responsabilidad todas las gestiones necesarias, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse, a la gestión predial y la obtención de la licencia, permisos, concesiones, autorizaciones y demás trámites ambientales, y de cualquier tipo de responsabilidad contractual y extracontractual en la que incurra.
