La demanda deberá contener los datos necesarios para la completa identificación del documento y de ella se correrá traslado al demandado por el término de cinco días. Además, se publicará una vez, dentro del mismo término, un extracto de la demanda en un diario de circulación general en la República. Hecha oportunamente la publicación, se tendrá por notificada la demanda a terceros.
