El Gobierno nacional reglamentará dentro de los cuatro (4) meses siguientes a la vigencia de la presente ley, los límites específicos a los procesos de reorganización institucional adelantados por las Entidades Promotoras de Salud ante la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, cuando la entidad solicitante de esta figura se encuentre sometida a una medida especial y regulará las condiciones de revocación de autorización de funcionamiento cuando se presente un incumplimiento a las condiciones aprobadas en dichos procesos.
