º. Naturaleza y vinculación. La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, creada por la Ley 57 de 1931 y el Decreto 1998 del mismo año, es una Sociedad Anónima de Economía Mixta, esto es, un organismo dotado de personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y patrimonio independiente, del orden nacional, sometida al régimen legal de las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado y vinculada al Ministerio de Agricultura, que se reorganiza conforme a las disposiciones establecidas por la Ley 33 de 1971 y Decretos 130 y 133 de 1976. En tal virtud, será ejecutora de la política agropecuaria, industrial y minera de su respectivo campo de acción.
