° En consecuencia, tan pronto como haya el Ministro recibido del citado ingeniero el plano, junto con la exposición de que trata el artículo 55 de la Ley 110 de 1912 , se dará cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 95 de la misma Ley, y se hará inmediatamente la entrega de las porciones de terreno que según la presente Ley se adjudicaran a los pobladores de Briceño.
