º. El " Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales" estará dirigido y administrado, según el caso, por los siguientes organismos y funcionarios: a). Una Junta Directiva Nacional de Caminos Vecinales; b). Un director Ejecutivo; c). Los organismos y funcionarios de sus agencias y sucursales; d). Las demás dependencias y funcionarios que la Junta Directiva considere necesarios para la adecuada marcha del fondo CAPITULO V Junta Directiva
