Las entidades vendedoras, directamente o a través de firmas especializadas, podrán realizar actividades de promoción de programas de enajenación de que trata la presente Ley con el fin de facilitar y organizar la participación de los beneficiarios de condiciones especiales en dichos programas. Para garantizar el cumplimiento de este propósito, las ofertas que se realicen a los beneficiarios de las condiciones especiales deberán realizarse durante un plazo mínimo de dos (2) meses.
