Todas las erogaciones que• se causen con ocasión de la implementación y ejecución de la presente ley deberán consultar la situación fiscal de la Nación y ajustarse al Marco de Gasto de Mediano Plazo de cada sector involucrado, en concordancia con el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo y las normas orgánicas de presupuesto.
