° La liquidación, recaudo y destinación del producido de canon superficiario a cargo del titular de la licencia de exploración, corresponde efectuarlos al Ministerio. Los de los cánones convencionales de que trata el literal e) del artículo 84 del mismo Código, que paguen los contratistas de las entidades descentralizadas, estarán a cargo de éstas.
