Articulo 19. La Alcaldía de los Municipios de Arauca y Orocué queda refundida en a Prefecta respectiva, y en consecuencia, los Prefectos ejercerán las funciones que á los alcaldes les señalen el Código Político y Municipal, las Ordenanzas de Policía adoptadas por este decreto y los demás que dicten el Gobierno y la Intendencia.
