Artículo único. En caso de llevarse a cabo la construcción del ferrocarril de Paturia contratado por el Poder Ejecutivo con él señor Roberto A. Joy, en virtud de las autorizaciones que se le concedieron por el artículo único de la lei 51 de 19 de junio de 1874, el Estado de Santander tendrá derecho a la tercera parte de las utilidades netas de la empresa, que se reservó el Gobierno nacional conforme al artículo 16 del respectivo contrato. '
