Artículo quinto. El funcionario creado por le artículo quinto del Decreto - ley 2468 se denominará Secretario General de la Cruz Roja Juvenil, tendrá una remuneración fijada y pagada por el Comité Central de la Cruz Roja Nacional, será el ejecutor de los acuerdos y demás disposiciones del Comité Central o Directivo de la Cruz Roja juvenil, y tendrá todas las funciones y atribuciones que los estatutos de la nueva organización la asignen.
