Reconocimiento de la pensión familiar. El reconocimiento de la pensión familiar se adquiere a partir de la fecha de la solicitud de este derecho, siempre y cuando se cumplan los requisitos establecidos en los artículos 2.2.8.7.2. y 2.2.8.7.3. del presente decreto, dependiendo del régimen en que se encuentren afiliados.
