Los socios tienen los siguientes derechos:

a.- Realizar con la sociedad todas las operaciones autorizadas por los estatutos.

Participar «n la Administración de la sociedad, desempeñando los cargos sociales,

Gozar de los beneficios de la sociedad. ..

Fiscalizar la gestión económica de la sociedad, pudiendo examinar los libros, inventario y balances en la forma y términos prescritos por los estatutos.

El ejercicio de estos derechos se reglamenta en los estatutos de cada sociedad.
