Las solicitudes de los alumnos deberán dirigirse al Rector, que es la inmediata autoridad que conoce de los asuntos escolares, y además el conducto regular para dirigirse al Consejo Directivo. En ningún caso podrá el Rector atender solicitudes que no estén basadas en las disposiciones del Reglamento.
